Israel desperately needs our help—and we are responding. We have launched a full-scale Israel Emergency Campaign to respond to the unprecedented needs in Israel. We call on all who hold Israel in their hearts to respond generously. 

The North Louisiana Jewish Federation is uniquely positioned to help in times of crisis. As part of a network of 146 Federations, we have ongoing relationships with the key institutions responding to the crisis on the ground, as well as professional staff presence in Israel. We can move quickly to address immediate needs, such as medical supplies and equipment and housing, and we have the staying power to address the medium-and long-term needs of rebuilding and rehabilitation, ranging from rebuilding homes and infrastructure to trauma counseling. 

Together, we can help people directly affected by the war, help build resilience amongst the population, and restore and rebuild vital large-scale infrastructure.

The North Louisiana Jewish Federation receives no government or foundation grants. We rely on your generosity to meet our goals. Donations to the Annual Campaign are unrestricted.

The Annual Campaign is our community’s central fundraising initiative and supports vital programs and services delivered by us and our local and regional partners. Together, we can ensure that everyone in our community is cared for—from families living in poverty, to youth who want to attend Jewish summer camp, to seniors who are isolated. Your support means we and our partners can innovate new ways to move our community forward—from nurturing new Jewish initiatives throughout North Louisiana, to contributing to a thriving world Jewry.
